Here is a video showing you how to see and accept a voice chat request.

When a fan/client requests a voice chat request three things will happen.

1 – A beeping alert will sound.

2 – The little “bell” on the top nav bar will shake.

3 – A pop up in the lower right screen will pop up stating that you are “Receiving a private call request”

To accept the call request click on the Bell and a pop-up will appear showing who is calling and give you the option to accept or decline.  You accept by clicking on the green handset and you decline or terminate the session by clicking on the red X.  This window will also show you the number of tokens your client is being charged.

Tokens are charged to the client at the beginning of each minute.  The client will see on his screen how many tokens he has spent.  You will see the tokens added to your “Token Balance” window on your nav bar – look for the pink heart.
